אח לטובבטיחות ילדים
באח לטוב יש אפס סובלנות לניצול מיני או התעללות מינית בילדים (CSAE) ולחומרי התעללות מינית בילדים (CSAM). תוכן או התנהגות כאלה אסורים לחלוטין, בכל חלק של האפליקציה: סרטונים, תמונות, הודעות פרטיות, תגובות, פרופילים, בקשות עזרה וחסדים.
מה אסור: כל תוכן מיני שמעורבים בו קטינים; פנייה לקטין לצורך מיני (grooming) או ניסיון להיפגש איתו לצורך כזה; סחיטה מינית; הפצה, בקשה או קישור לחומרים כאלה; וכל ניסיון לנצל את האפליקציה כדי לפגוע בילדים.
הגנות מובנות לקטינים: השימוש מגיל 13 ומעלה. מתחת לגיל 18 הצפייה, החשיפה וההודעות הפרטיות הן רק עם בני/בנות אותו מגדר; אין הודעות פרטיות בין מבוגרים לקטינים; קטינים אינם מוצגים במפה החיה ואינם יוצאים לעזרה פיזית אצל אנשים זרים; ומיקום מוצג לאחרים ברמת דיוק של כקילומטר בלבד. משתמש שלא הצהיר על גילו מטופל כקטין.
דיווח מתוך האפליקציה: בכל פרופיל, סרטון, תמונה, הודעה פרטית, תגובה, בקשת עזרה וחסד יש כפתור «דיווח», ואפשר גם לחסום כל משתמש. הדיווחים מגיעים לצוות אח לטוב לבדיקה, ואנחנו משתדלים לבדוק אותם בתוך 24 שעות.
מה אנחנו עושים: תוכן שמפר את הכללים האלה מוסר כשנודע לנו עליו, בהקדם האפשרי, והחשבון נחסם. חשד לחומרי התעללות מינית בילדים או לסכנה לילד מדווח לרשויות המוסמכות — משטרת ישראל והמוקד הלאומי להגנה על ילדים ברשת (105) — ובמידת הצורך גם ל־NCMEC. אנו משתפים פעולה עם רשויות אכיפת החוק לפי הדין.
חוק: אח לטוב פועלת לפי החוק בישראל ולפי החוקים הרלוונטיים לבטיחות ילדים בכל מקום שבו היא זמינה, ולפי מדיניות Google Play.

Child safety standards (English)
Ach La-Tov has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such content or conduct is strictly prohibited everywhere in the app: videos, photos, private messages, comments, profiles, help requests and chesed projects. This includes sexual content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, and sharing, requesting or linking to CSAM.
Built-in protections: the app is for ages 13 and up; users under 18 see and interact only with users of the same gender, there are no private messages between adults and minors, minors are not shown on the live map and cannot take physical help requests from strangers, and locations are shown to others at ~1 km precision. Users who have not declared their age are treated as minors.
In-app reporting: every profile, video, photo, private message, comment, help request and chesed has a «דיווח» (Report) button, and any user can be blocked. Reports are reviewed by the Ach La-Tov team.
Enforcement: violating content is removed as soon as possible after we become aware of it and the account is banned. Suspected CSAM or risk to a child is reported to the relevant authorities (Israel Police and the National Child Online Protection Center, 105) and, where applicable, to NCMEC. We cooperate with law enforcement as required by law, and comply with applicable child safety laws and the Google Play policies.
